6/11/12 Russell Grant returns to West End

Hi Theatre-goers

Phew! Russell Grant is keeping himself busy over next couple of months. Not only is he hosting the Christmas Carolling concert at the Royal Albert Hall on 19th & 21st December, he will return to the West End early next year to shake his tail feathers with his former Strictly Come Dancing partner Flavia Cacace in Midnight Tango at the Phoenix theatre.

Playing for a ‘strictly’ limited season from 30 Jan to 2 Mar, Midnight Tango is celebrating the former astrologer and The Wizard Of Oz star’s role in the show by having the press night to 5 February – Russell’s birthday!

Producer and former Strictly judge Arlene Phillips choreographs the show and this will be the the third time she has worked with cuddly Russell. Previous encounters have been on The Wizard Of Oz at the London Palladium, followed by the current national tour of Grease.

Love your Latin & ballroom dancing? You can chose from any of these great shows Midnight Tango, Burn the Floor and Strictly Come Dancing Live! tour – all available through Theatre Breaks.

Happy Tuesday everyone

Sara
